Packeteer offers two levels of technical support - 8x5 and 24x7. The technical support chart, detailed below, is applicable to customers that have purchased a CSP, CSPX, or PSS 8x5 contract. Customers with 8x5 service may only contact support in the region where your product is located during local Packeteer office hours. For information on upgrading your service contract to 24x7, please contact your local Packeteer partner or call 408-873-4400.
