Policy Center 7.2.3 is a minor maintenance release and includes the following enhancement:

If a user specifies a time range for the unit to download and load files prescribed by the PolicyCenter file distribution feature, but the unit does not successfully download the files during that window, then the unit will continue to attempt downloading the files even after the scheduled download window has closed. In previous versions of PolicyCenter, the unit would make only a single attempt to download prescribed plug-ins, images, customer portal files and action files.
